| The one in the Xtreme top 100 is an old one I did, I wanted to make another one and I went through loads of idea's in the end this plain one is what I came out with as it would be a too big of file if I'd added the text I wanted in it.
I hate Gif conversions in the program I use, but bigger Gif = Uglier outcome x.x;
Took 2 hour's to edit, capture the images and finish it. DO NOT STEAL.

What program did you use to create the video effect in the banner itself? |
I made it on Animation Shop that comes with Paint Shop Pro 7 Special edition. Both effects are pre-made into the prograd, the first effect is called "Stretch" reversed and the second called "stained glass".
I captured the images myself, but if you have a fast powerful computer you can open avi files in Animation Shop and select the images from there as it makes them frame by frame.
