SAT study guides cost like $100 or more then that, right? so goverment could just be creating more tests to sell study guides to student and the companies that make study guides pay goverment a certain amount of money to keep producing tests so that they can both profit generously. 3 million students (a year) x $100 = Shit ton of cash ($300,000,000) BLOWS UR MIND!

school sucks. You should have the choice. what happend to free will? wait there is no free will.
also school teaches you alot of stuff you don't need. thats a waste of time to me.
