I have learned the secret the government has found a way to pick off the old and weak, when a person has a heart-attack or heart pain the hospital administers Nitroglycerin <--- extremely combustible liquid , used in DYNAMITE!, and other explosives.

That is why people just all suddenly burst into flames!

Thats my outlook on this......
