I was not sure were to post this so here goes.
I was wondering if anyone could inform me about how long it takes for my form account to be upgraded. I bought vip about 5 months ago, and just resonantly bought godzor. I sent the email about 4.5 mounts ago, to the email specified. I am sure rouslan gets a large amount of emails sent to him, so i was just wondering if this is a normal waiting period, or if i should send 1 more email. Please, if i have posted in the wrong section, move this for me, or i will delete it. Whichever you would like me to do. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Make a ticket ingame and every time you login just hit "Edit Ticket" then Save CHanges so it goes through again. And resend him a email with Account Name Email And other info needed

I'd read them from everyone. You could have an "important person" saying "Hi" and read that, or look right past and don't read one from someone with 50 posts who has a server changing idea.
