Trainers can't teach me anything

The trainers in Wrath have spells that I can learn however they are not "green", allowing me to learn them even when I have plenty of gold for it, they are all red. This goes for every type of trainer in the game for me. I have tried deleting my Cache repeatedly with no success. Please help me.

Maybe because you have to have talent points into the spells, such as Muti / Holy Shock.

I have the talents but it is the basic spells you get from leveling up. I'm not sure if its for everyone but it sure is annoying me.
