If Marijuana is made commercially available it will be sold as Alcohol and Cigarettes are. Sure, you'll get some turds walking around high, but it's no different from public drunkenness.
Better ban booze too.
Oh wait, we all know how that turned out, the whole explosion of organized crime. Sounds like a familiar story is being told.

lol true, the only reason "street drugs" are illegal is because the GV't cant make money of taxes n what not, its just like pirating a game or music, GVt doesnt get taxes, deep down inside they dont care about the creators, they just want there taxes. |

| tbh i think drugs should be legalised if you consider all the effects beyond the user due to drugs things such as poverty, in which people seel all thier worldly possestion just to be able to afford a fix.
robery: junkies robbing people breaking into houses muggings etc. etc. all of this just to get a fix whilst if it was readily available LEGALLY you could also start to fight against world poverty because farmers in the likes of afghanistan could make more money from seeling to governments than being taken advantage of selling to criminals. |

| my opinion is i have been drugged up all my childhood.
