| Before you go "Repost wtf is your problem" People spammed in my topic so Roug3 closed it, But people still ask about it everyday in-game and now I can't keep it bumped and we all know people don't look for things on this forum. Ergo, hush.

No offense sir, but not all problems can be solved by ignoring them. If you don't like that people spam get someone to/or do something about it yourself.

Alright, I didn't know where to post this, So move it if it's in the wrong section.
This is a guide on how to make hunter pets work for you like they do on retail.
1) Goto the NPC that issues your original Hunter Pet quest, Complete all of them.
2) Learn all of your Pet Spells
3) Get a pet (I recommend the Eco Domes in Netherstorm)
4) Go back to the pet trainer and reset your pet's training, This step is so your pet doesn't start off with negative training points, I.E. -52 what I started with. Doing this will start your Pets Training Points at 0
5) Gaining Loyalty, You gain pet loyalty by healing and feeding it (pet must be damaged while healing to build loyalty, don't spam heal on it, pet must be hungry to gain loyalty through feeding). The fastest I found it was Dismissing my pet over and over and then feeding it.
6) Leveling your pet, Leveling gains 20-30 Training points per level. I recommend starting with a level 66 pet like I did. It takes a long time but it's worth it, and of course it's better than sitting in front of Orgrimmar/Stormwind passing up 90,000 rogue duels.
And you're done!
To learn additional pet skills (bite, claw, et'cetra) Stable your pet and tame a new pet that has that skill. After fighting with it a bit you'll learn it's spell and be able to teach it to your pet!
I hope this was helpful, If it was posted before I have no way of knowing because I don't think there's a search tool on this forum.
Anyways, Now people should stop whispering me in game!
