I have a good idea of most of them but not all of them because I mainly answered tickets.

Not at all.
10. What qualities do you possess that can be beneficial to our server ?
I can stay on most the day and dont mind being GM whole time I'm on
11. Imagine you are GM, and a player asks you to teach him his/her class missing skills, do you teach it? or do you ask her/him to make a ticket?
I would say no because they may just be trying to get new moves, and I would recommend them to check the Skill NPC because I seen a fair share of people in trade talking about skills that you learn at the Skill NPC.

14. What is the most important in GM duty?
To me answering tickets and making sure there are no hackers and abusers etc. even though that is hard, we can all dream though.

To be honest no because I don't know what it is

I heard that is new and I don't think the server I was a gm on had it.

Depends, if it was (2+2)x2 it would be four, if it was 2+(2x2) it would be 6.
19. If a player says " I already put points in mortal strike, but i cant learn" , how do you verify if he actualy telling the truth?
I honestly cant say I know. But I wouldn't give them the move because they might be trying to get a free move.
20. What is the command to to activate game object? (not spawn)
Like I said before I don't have a lot of exp. in that department.
21. What is the command to change NPC faction to Neutral?

I can stay on a good amount of time, I keep my cool against people that are rude.

25. Devide 30 by half and add ten. What do you get?
Half of 30 is 15 so 15+10 would be 25, but half can also refer to .5, so 30 divided by .5 would be 60+10 would be 70
26. If there are 6 pens and you take away 4, how many do you have?
If I took the pens from someone I would have 4 but if I originally had 4 I would have 2 left.

Well I cant say I know the direction in East west etc. But the equator is just a imaginary line. And toilets dont move ^.^.
