It depends if hes right in front of me sure, If hes yelling on the trade channel or world chat I'll ask him to make a ticket.

I have past experience being a server gm and im a nice guy with alot of patience and motivation.

I would .tele him to my location then .playerinfo (name) and bam IP ftw
