4. How many hours a day you can play ?
Around 4-6 hours on a standard day. I'm a late night player and that is when most GMS are not available, which hackers take advantage of a bit much.
5. How many hours a week (aprox) you can contribute to GM duty ?
30 to 35 hours a week.
6. Have you ever been a GM on any other Private servers? (do not say you were GM on your own server)
I was a full power GM on a server called Epic-Wow. They are now shut down due to financial problems but they had a very similar layout to this server(Instant 70, with vendors and such.) and had a very good amount of players on at once(Around 700 Online) so I know how demanding players are and how many of them are  .

8. Do you have a good knowledge of GM commands ?
Yes, but I'm not going to lie and say I didn't forgot a few, but I can memorize them again.
9. Do you have a problem with authority ?
Nope.
10. What qualities do you possess that can be beneficial to our server ?
I'm very outgoing and I have realized that players can be very demanding at moments but I can maintain my calm and continue to help. I use to GM and I realize what it takes to have such a responsibility. It's not all fun and games as a GM. Many people have this assumption as I have said before in a previous post.[/b

Truth is, GM is not what everyone hypes it up to be. Sure, you can do anything you want, but after a few days, maybe a week, the fun factor is gone. You realize you have a job, and that job is to sit and make sure the population is happy. Provide them with answers, and general help.GMS aren't paid, they aren't given anything but the power they have been given. People respect you, sure. But that respect is usually long gone by the time they start bitching at you cause you didn't do it right, or didn't help them right away. GMing is a job only to be taken by those who can handle it, not some little 13 year old power hungry kid who wants to spawn Illidans and Onyxias in ORG all day. You are expected to hold yourself accountable for anything you say, and what you do. It's not some little kiddie job, people get paid thousands a year to do what these guys do for free; for the enjoyment of making the server better.

I understand how a player thinks, and how they may be impatient, but I also understand how to handle the situation in a mature manner. I know being a GM has its times where fun comes into play, which alot of people think thats exactly what GM is;fun, but that is not the case. It's a job not to be taken lightly and you have to be willing to work your heart out night and day with no pay, but the gratitude of those certain people who understand how much work you put into the server is worth it.
11. Imagine you are GM, and a player asks you to teach him his/her class missing skills, do you teach it? or do you ask her/him to make a ticket?
I would first ask them to make a ticket because they have to wait as much as everyone else who has their turn. Then when it would come to his time I would roll a character and see if the actual skill is bugged. If it was, I would then teach the skill to him.

I have voted the server around 15 times, give or take a couple.

To ensure all players are treated with respect and make their experience on the server that much better without any problems ensuing.

19. If a player says " I already put points in mortal strike, but i cant learn" , how do you verify if he actualy telling the truth?
I'd direct him to go to the "Skills Npc" because Mortal Strike is one of the skills trained by him. If it wasn't this particular skill, I would make a character and see if the skill was bugged, and if so, I would teach him the skill.
20. What is the command to to activate game object? (not spawn)
I believe it is .go activate if I remember correctly.
21. What is the command to change NPC faction to Neutral?
.NPC Faction 0
22. What makes you think you are qualified to be a gm on VCN?
I believe I have experience in working with many players at once with their problems and I still maintain calmness and try to help all of them as fast and as nicely as I can. I love to help players and make the server more fun and have less complaining by players as thats more enjoyable to be on.
23. Imagine, you see a hacker, you got his name but not his IP or account name, whats your next move?
I would appear to him, then .account info I believe is the command to get his information.

I don't honestly know the answer to this, unless the toilet has no given direction as it depends where the person places it in the home.
