He made account long time ago so he can't make another one probably...but he can try.And if you cant make account try PM Admins to find your account information or post here your name.The last way should be changing IP if you can.

| Just make a new account. If it says "1 acc already exists on this IP" Or whatever, Just google "Online proxy" And use one of them to make a new account.
