| okay so i have 3 open tickets about abusers/hackers... donation.. and one about a bug, they have been up for 3 and a half days... im not one to complain but really where are the gms... http://www.vcnserver.net/general-discussions-f1/gm-anser-ma-tiket-t3855.htm sais it took him about an hour, with like 3 gms shouldnt one of them atleast glance at the tickets? instead of hosting the same events everyday >.>, not that i dont enjoy the events very much gms but my request is, work first play later...
PS: i know pyro handles donations and i know certain things need adressing, but 3 days is way to long for a ticket to be idle..thanks for the concideration..

Idiot realize this, 1. NOT ALL GMS ARE ON AT THE SAME TIME 2. EACH TIME YOU LOG OUT YOU AUTOMATICALLY GET SENT IN THE BACK OF THE TICKET LIST SO STAY ON AS LONG AS YOU CAN SO YOU DON'T QQ ABOUT THEM NOT PAYING ATTN TO YOU |

Listen closely, i didnt just spout this off randomly it was a well thought out request, you can whois gms and yesterday and the day befor there were 2 to 3 gms on at the same time as i wasnt idle without answering my ticket... that would have been fine if it hadnt been so long, i made a request after careful research of my situation, also i have an idler which means i dont log off unless the server crashed numbnuts go troll for post counts somewhere else...
PS: Caps lock is for people who cant express themselves efficiently using grammar and articulation thanks and good day

well its not about donations... pyro is the only one able to do donation distribution and shes very busy that much is fine its the tickets that arent donor that sit there for days on end even without me logging that i think should be handled...

| Well I am telling you now, I am here to stay and here to help with anyone, as soon as I get the required posts I am submitting my application and I am prepared to wait for the amount of time before they accept it, If they decline it, It's fine. Their loss.  If i do get accepted I will promise to deal with your problems in a experienced manner, so if you ever get a ticket you will be sure to get answered to.  |
