A List of Rogue Spells / Talents 3.1.1

First of all, this is the a spells / talents that I've used and are broken. ( The only ones I care about ) I would like to see everything fixed, but I can due without for now.

1) Hunger For Blood, you can't even activate it. - http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51662
2) Overkill, I have never seen this proc not once. - http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=58426
3) Improved Eviscerate, if this was working correctly I should be doing 8-15k with Gvip status. - http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=14164
4) Adrenaline Rush, this shit is fucking broken. It should give all of your energy back, and it fails to due so. - http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=13750
5) Killing Spree, I have tested this myself and it didn't proc. - http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51690
6) Relentless Strikes, I haven't seen it proc. If it does sorry, but I have never seen it.

There isn't much to fix for rogues, but I only posted this for Rouslan so when he does get on to fix things he can maybe check this out.If you have anything to add please PM me what spell or talent is bugged, or not working.

overkill procs, but not works, i must last 20 sec when right now it just last 5 and the energy regereration still the same with overkill proc
