Dont forget that they dont give replenishment when you have Judgements of the Wise!

I dont see how paladins are balanced when the only spells that work like they should is crusader strike and a few of the seals.

Anyways, I decided to help Peanut out here and put up the spell links for talents/spells that I believe don't seem to be working, and the description for each bugged talent/spell:

Judgements of the Wise: Doesnt work. When its specced to its max rank, whenever you hit with your judgements you are supposed to get a replenishment effect that grants your paladin 15% of its base mana (25% on 3.1 server) and they are supposed to give 10 party/raid members .25% mana regeneration for 15 seconds. This effect never procs.

The Art of War: It hasnt procced on me, and also it may be the reason why judgements aren't hitting like they normally should (my judgements on the old wrath server usually hit for just over a thousand. No, I had no SP gear on me whatsoever.)

Judgement of Light, Judgement of Wisdom, & Judgement of Justice: If the reason behind their nerfed damage is not because Art of War not working, then they are in fact bugged themselves. They are already since they remove the seal upon use. The links are provided in the same order as they are listed above.

I think that's about it in terms of what doesnt work in terms of Retribution talents/spells that are related to judgements.
