.r p pots to get to your gem vendor btw I have yet to be attacked/ganked while up there usually takes a few clicks to get the gems and good from that Vendor.

Stormwind has your scrolls your looking for.

.r p nullvoid can get you yours pots and special food with out being ganked.

.r p potion also works for the above.

VIP Island isn't just for your special VIP items besides the gems/festiv dumplings vendor simply go to different port locations.
